PalletLoader
PalletLoader is a powerful extension module for the FeedStar. The operator can feed an entire pallet of boxes or tubs. Depending on the option, the PalletLoader can then remove bands, lids or inlays and transfer the box to the FeedStar – which then feeds the vials into the filling line. PalletLoader was developed to further reduce the operator involvement in the overall system and thus reduce the workload of highly qualified employees.
By using the LogChamp mobile robot, the transport of pallets to and from the line can also be efficiently automated.
