FeedStar is a modular feeding solution of vials in boxes or ready to use tubs, which is installed upstream of a filling line. FeedStar is a modular system – in the maximum level a feeding capacity of up to 350 vials per minute can be achieved. The compact design, the ease of operation and the use of the latest robot technology make it a powerful automation solution for your production. To achieve more autonomy, Feedstar can be expanded with the “PalletLoader” de-palletising module.
By deploying the VialPro components operators are relieved from non value-added repetitive work while decreasing the risk of human error and hence improving product safety.

- Interfaces: Interfaces to new or existing filling lines via OPC UA, Profinet, Profibus, etc. with the possibility of horizontal and vertical integration into customer systems.
