BoxHero
BoxHero is the simple but powerful solution for unfolding boxes. This box erector can be used as a standalone solution or as a fully integrated module together with the PackMate – depending on how much space is available directly on the line. The boxes are unfolded using the latest 6-axis robotics, designed to keep particle generation as low as possible. PackMate will significantly improve the profitability of your lines and allow you to reduce the workload of highly skilled employees creating new opportunities in production.
Features
- Input: Unfolded blanks for boxes (bottom or cover). Max dimensions 400 x 300mm.
- Output: Folded boxes.
- Performance: 3 bottoms or covers per minute and module. Modules can be easily connected to produce both parts together.
- Quality Inspection: None, camera inspection as an option.
- HMI: 24’’ Touchscreen - user friendly, graphical interface, audit trail, user management.
- Interfaces: Interfaces to new or existing filling lines via OPC UA, Profinet, Profibus, etc. with the possibility of horizontal and vertical integration into customer systems.
- Cleanroom: Standard version GMP Grade C / ISO 7, lower grades possible.
- Dimension: 2.0 x 1.6m (excl. overhanging conveyors).
