Control and Interfaces

Data and its handling are of enormous importance in today’s world – we know this and offer our customers appropriate interface options for the horizontal and vertical integration of our equipment into customer systems or into existing equipment. We rely on well-known technologies such as file transfer protocols, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet-IP or the latest technologies such as OPC UA.

We mainly operate at Level 1 & 2 with interfaces to Level 3 – in other words, everything that has to do directly with our equipment. Our control concept is designed to make validation and qualification as efficient, safe and simple as possible – for example, the robot controls are completely integrated into the Siemens world and form an integral part of the software: all data are thus also mapped in the AuditTrail / Historian – we are thus setting new industry standards.


We rigorously apply the highest quality standards to robots – which is why we use the well-known Stäubli robots, among others like ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Denso or Universal Robots. Stäubli Robotics is the market leader in cleanroom robots and stericlean robots for pharmaceutical and aseptic solutions. Stäubli’s stericlean robots can be decontaminated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and are therefore ideally suited for use in isolators. Other robot brands can also be used upon customer request – based on our experience and knowledge, we will always suggest the optimal solution.
