For a current customer project in the Medical Devices sector, we are building two packaging lines featuring a total of six Stäubli robots.
👉 The project uses the Stäubli Access Pharma series, specifically designed for cleanroom applications, fully meeting the highest requirements in particle generation, cleanability, and precision. Integrated in the lines are:
- 2 × TX2-160L six-axis robots
- 2 × TX2-90 six-axis robots
- 2 × TS2-80 Scara robots for fast pick & place tasks
The robots are controlled via the SRCI interface and are fully integrated into the Siemens environment as well as our intuitive standard HMI.
